Roster Reunion Privacy Policy

Roster Reunion ("Roster Reunion," “RosterReunion.com,” "us," "we," and "our") recognizes that your privacy is important and we strive to let users know what information we collect and how it is used. The information that you disclose to us makes it possible for us to populate the Website and to deliver services (the “Services”) to you.

1. Scope.

This privacy policy covers only data collected by Roster Reunion and does not apply to entities that we do not own or control. This Website and the Services may contain links to other websites outside of Roster Reunion. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of other websites. When linking to another website you should read the privacy policy stated on that website. By using or accessing Roster Reunion, you agree to our privacy practices outlined here.

2. Types of Information Collected

1. Personal Information - In general, you can browse certain parts of the Website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, when you sign up/register as a member (“Member”), we ask you to provide us with your name, a nickname, an email address, country of residence, state of residence, city of residence, zip code, date of birth and your gender. This information allows us to offer multiple search functions on the Website based on different criteria, like location or gender. We collect the information that you provide to us when you sign up/register and become a member of Roster Reunion.
    
2. Content - As part of our Service, we allow you to upload content to the Website. Such content may include, among other things, a photo, video, links, comments, or messages to other Members. If you do not want us to store metadata associated with the content you share on our Website, please remove the metadata before uploading the content.
    
3. Site Activity Information - In addition to the information you voluntarily provide to us, Roster Reunion also collects and stores certain technical and other information about the online activities of our users, whether or not they are Members, on an aggregated (or collective) basis. This may include your IP address, browser type, and operating system. We may track the number of people who view each page, and other site usage data, in order to learn which features are the most popular and thereby improve the Website and the Services. We may also record statistical information collected on the Website to better understand our audience. This information is recorded as anonymous group statistical information and is not connected to any personal information that you provide as a member.
    
4. Cookies -  "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our Services. We offer certain features that are only available through the use of a "cookie". We also use cookies to allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session. Cookies can also help us provide information that is targeted to your interests. Roster Reunion uses cookies to store visitors' preferences and to record session information for purposes including: ensuring that visitors are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements; to customize advertising and web page content based on browser type and user profile information; to estimate and report our total audience size and traffic; and to conduct research to improve our content and the Services. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our Website. 5. Beacons - Roster Reunion may use web beacons to research certain usage and activities on our Website. No personally identifiable information about you is shared by Roster Reunion as a result of this research.
    
6. Member Communications - As a Member, you will receive our system emails. System emails are used to contact you in the event of changes to the Website, the Services, the Terms of Use (incorporated herein by reference), this privacy policy or other important changes/information. Roster Reunion may use Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) tracking in the emails sent to you. When you open such email messages, our system may record the following data: the time you viewed the email and the URLs that you clicked on from that email. Roster Reunion may also record if your email program is capable of receiving HTML-encoded email. URL tracking may use cookies. Roster Reunion may also send you messages through our messaging system to keep you apprised of your membership status, Website developments, policy changes and to inform you of new offers. Examples of this include special offers from prospective business partners. In these cases, included in each of these messages will be simple instructions on how to opt out from these communications (except essential updates) if you do not wish to receive them in the future.

3. Use of Data.

We understand that you value your personally identifiable information and only use the information for the purposes described in this privacy policy. Such purposes include:

5. Access to your Information.

Once you become a Member of Roster Reunion, your personal information is stored in the Website. You may access or change your information at any time by going to My Account and clicking on My Settings. Or you can go to My Profile then to Edit Profile and you will be able to access or change your information.

6. Security.

Your information is stored on Roster Reunion's servers located in the United States. We use procedural and technical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect your privacy. That being said, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Roster Reunion cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our Services, and you do so at your own risk. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.

If Roster Reunion learns of a security systems breach we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using the Website or providing personal information to us you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of the Website. Roster Reunion may post a notice on our Website if a security breach occurs. If this happens, you will need a web browser enabling you to view the Roster Reunion Website. Roster Reunion may also send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us in these circumstances.

7. Other Terms

1. No Information from Children Under 13 - Our Website is a general audience website and we do not knowingly collect personal information of any kind from anyone under the age of 13 years old. If we become aware of a user under the age of 13 years old providing information on our Website, we will terminate their account and purge our databases of all information provided by that user.
    
2. Changes - Please note that Roster Reunion may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Roster Reunion account or by placing a prominent notice on our Website. If you object to any such changes, you must cease using our Website and/or the Services. Continued use of our Website and/or the Services following notice of any such changes to this privacy policy or the posting of a new version of this privacy policy shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes/and or new version. Each version of this privacy policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date, and we will also make available prior versions of this privacy policy for your review
    
3. Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change in Control -  If the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes, we may transfer the information in our possession to the new owner.
    
4. Visitors Outside the United States - Like almost every Website, Roster Reunion may be accessed by an international audience. By visiting the Website and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be processed for the purposes identified in this privacy policy. In addition, such data may be stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction, which may have less stringent privacy practices than your own.
